It's food for your heart and for your brain. This weekend retreat will explore the benefits of fish, take you on fascinating agri-tours, and even more importantly, provide you with a "winning" hand of recipes.

This 3-day retreat will include:

  • A tasting reception
  • Saturday tours of organic farms, fisheries and vineyards
  • A cooking class by our guest chef that will teach you great recipes to make at home
  • Fabulous meals in a relaxed and elegant setting.
