Culinary Retreat- $225

  • Relax for the weekend with two cooking classes, tours of organic farms and gourmet food stops. Does not include lodging. (Includes tours, cooking classes and five meals).

Culinary Farm Tour - $105

  • Visit two organic farms and gourmet food stops. (Includes cooking class and dinner).
  • Offered Northwest Illinois (and Wisc. and Iowa), Northern Michigan, and Southeast Missouri (and Kentucky and Illinois). April-November.

       Farmers Market Tour - $50

  • Visit a farmers market, meet vendors and pick up ingredients while touring with the market manager, and enjoy a cooking demo and meal. (Includes cooking demo and meal).
  • Offered in Fairfield, Iowa (after First Fridays) and Dubuque, Iowa. June-November, monthly. (Discount for MIFMA, BFBL and ISA members, that is, members of Michigan Farmers Market Association, Buy Fresh Buy Local, and Illinois Stewardship Alliance)
  • Offered in Rockford, Illinois, May-October, bi-weekly. Edgebrook Mall.

        City Food Tour - $50

  • Visit a food artisan/organic or gourmet food stop and enjoy a cooking demo and tasting. (Includes cooking demo and light meal).
  • Offered Galena, Illinois, and Traverse City, Michigan. March-November.  Offered Chicago, June-November, premium tour, $135.

Food Travel Weeks - $Priced in August

  • Food adventures down under!
  • Travel weeks include in-country bus and van transfers, 7 nights lodging, most meals, cooking classes, central market shopping, and amazing adventures and introductions! Single supplement: $TBD.
